Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is a research-validated, attachment-based approach to working with couples and families. EFT offers a map for understanding relationship needs and struggles in a coherent framework.

This interactive course combines didactic presentation, case vignettes, and videotaped excerpts of EFT in action with distressed couples.  Join us for a relaxed, engaging and informative day in a retreat-like private home, with lunch and snacks provided. (Exact address will be provided after registration.) 

Participants can expect to:

·  Gain an overview of the EFT model

·  Learn key EFT techniques and interventions

·  Hear about current research in attachment theory and EFT

·  Practice applying EFT concepts and techniques
